Your adventure begins early as you depart from Moshi (or Arusha) and drive for about 1.5 hours to reach Chemka Hot Springs, an oasis of warm, turquoise water hidden among lush fig trees. Midday: Transfer to Marangu Village
After a refreshing morning, you’ll set off on a scenic 1.5-hour drive through Chagga farmlands and banana plantations to reach Marangu, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a nearby restaurant or a packed picnic en route.

Afternoon: Marangu Waterfalls & Coffee Tour
Explore one of Marangu’s beautiful waterfalls — Ndoro or Kinukamori — on a short guided hike through lush greenery. Then visit a local coffee farm, where you’ll learn how Arabica coffee is grown, harvested, roasted, and brewed using traditional Chagga methods. End the tour by sipping a fresh, aromatic cup of coffee right at its source.

Late Afternoon: Cultural Experience
