Payment Policy
Effective Date: 20th July 2025
At Nashivai Safaris, we believe your journey should be seamless from the very beginning. To keep things simple, secure, and transparent, please review the following payment terms and conditions that apply to all bookings.
1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your accommodation, transport, park fees, and other essential arrangements.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days before your trip begins. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
Credit/Debit Card (a small processing fee may apply)
Mobile Payment (for local clients, available upon request)
Note: All transaction charges must be covered by the client.
4. Currency
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in USD or the equivalent, based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
5. Late Payments
Late or incomplete payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund. Please reach out to us in advance if you anticipate any delays.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus any bank or transaction fees.
7. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a written confirmation and updated invoice via email.
